After numerous demand, we have decided to release paid ticketing as part of your event feature upgrade. We understand that getting people to register and pay for event is crucial to streamlining operations for event organizers. To make the setting up and managing your event on EventsXD seamless and simple, we have decided to introduce a simple and affordable pricing model. We charge a straight 2.5% (cap at $8.99) per ticket + credit card processing fees (2.9% + $.30) per transaction. That’s it. No multi-tier pricing model, no contracts, no setup fees, no cancellation fees.
We use Stripe as a payment gateway and so you’ll need to create your own Stripe account and we process payments as soon as they arrive; no holding funds until the end of the event. That means you get paid as soon as possible. When you combine paid ticketing with everything else we offer such as an event website, a mobile app for attendees, creating a personalized agenda, discount codes, sales reports, check-in attendees etc. you get one comprehensive solution to conduct and run your events. Along with the ticketing feature, we are also releasing a companion app to give event planners an easier way to check-in attendees with the release of EventsXD Checkin. Any of your staff can download the iOS or Android app and check-in incoming attendees from their smartphone saving time in line.
